Job Description


As the Director ICT Service Delivery, you will be a leader within AMSA’s ITS team and be responsible for the management of the ICT outsourcing contract and delivery of ICT Infrastructure and Network projects.

Specifically, in this role you will oversee ICT Service Delivery in line with contractual obligations and performance metrics whilst driving the performance of the Outsourcer and other 3rd party suppliers. As an ICT Team Lead you will provide strategic and technical advice to ICT management and project delivery teams in alignment with AMSA ICT technical directions. This role will see you will build and maintain relationships with the suppliers of ICT products and services. In this stakeholder-facing role, you will establish and manage expectations within the business and drive the IT Service Delivery teams to achieve those expectations to a high standard.

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you will be part of a strong customer focused and results driven team of professionals.


To be successful in this position, you will have extensive experience in the development and management of ICT contracts. Your ability to manage technical teams and maintain complex relationships will be key to your success.

You will be adept in developing and managing contract and divisional budgets and will have demonstrated experience in driving performance.

You will be a natural promoter and influencer, with an ability to engage and network with a variety of stakeholders. You will possess strong presentation, written and verbal capacities and you will be technically qualified.
