As an Austrade Senior Trade Commissioner, you will lead an experienced locally engaged team to advance Australia’s economic and business interests and develop highly valuable business and government networks in your market.

You will contribute to Australia’s global reputation by enhancing economic prosperity and promoting Australian capability in your market.

You will represent Austrade and Australia in a range of high-level corporate and government settings in Australia and offshore. You will seek commercial opportunities in areas where demand matches with Australian businesses, expertise, products and services, ensuring Australia remains globally competitive.

You will advance Australia’s strengths as a highly attractive destination for investors and promote Australia as a quality provider of education and outstanding tourism destination.
Leveraging the badge of government to establish trusted relationships, you will build strategies for engagement and assist Australian businesses to access opportunities in your market.
