We see you as able to accelerate our thinking, plans and execution models. You will understand exactly what levers to pull to make digital truly contribute to impressive client outcomes; as well as what we need to do to re-engineer our business to think and act digitally. From strategy to digital operation and support you will understand and know from learned experience what needs to be done, and importantly, can prove it.

You should have knowledge and demonstrated experience in:
• Setting and developing the strategic direction for, and implementing digital transformation projects and strategies
• Rapidly assessing and assimilating external and internal changes and adjusting strategy
• Change management in the establishment, implementation and successful day to day operation of Digital Multidisciplinary Teams deploying Agile and Human Centred methods
