Job Description

We’re seeking an influential leader with extensive leadership experience; that is passionate energetic and driven; communicates with a clear sense of direction; inspires others and can articulate and drive our future service vision where putting the client first comes naturally.

As a member of the Service Delivery executive team you will lead a large team who are focused on driving an innovative service model that considers the design, delivery and management of current and future client interactions; with a particular focus on digital delivery.

Your strong client focus and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders will enable you to ensure future client interactions are: connected and aligned across the ATO; focused on the overall client experience, add value to the client and improve the overall client experience.

This role is integral to the relationship between the ATO and the community, and in it you will provide advice and make decisions in relation to matters that have a significant level of community impact. You will be future-focused and have the ability to lead the development and implementation of long-term strategies and plans that are fit for purpose now and into the future.

Externally, you will liaise with other industry representatives and other government agencies. Internally, you will work with key stakeholders to understand the needs of clients and provide influential advice in relation to client communication that supports a transformed client experience.

This role may be offered as either an ongoing or non-ongoing opportunity, full-time or part-time in the following locations: Adelaide, Hobart, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

We offer a competitive remuneration package (including allowances and superannuation) in the range of $226,842 to $262,436 per annum, depending on experience.



Non-ongoing opportunity will be offered for a specified term

This process may be used to fill the position on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis. Non-ongoing opportunities may be filled for a period of up to five years
