About Us
The Australian Financial Security Authority (AFSA) is an executive agency in the Attorney General’s portfolio. As a federal government department we are responsible for the administration and regulation of the personal insolvency system, trustee services and the administration of the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR). We support the flow of capital into the Australian economy and promote transparency and predictability of outcomes within the financial sector.

About the Role
Based in Adelaide, the Team Leader Support leads a team that supports the National Service Centre (NSC) through management of complex and escalated enquiries, quality assurance, feedback and technical support. Join a supportive and collaborative team culture, where you will support staff in effective service delivery through digital transformation and the service delivery mantra of ‘every contact counts’.

• Lead and plan delivery of short term process improvement tasks within the NSC
• Provide technical input to develop and deliver training and coaching for staff
• Ensure complex or escalated enquiries/complaints are resolved within NSC service standards
• Ensure support staff are skilled to support high levels of efficiency, productivity and quality of services
• Analyse data and provide recommendations in alignment with AFSA’s data integrity strategy
• Manage stakeholder communications internally and externally

About You
• Previous team management experience with strong client service background
• Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams and coaching and training staff
• You have the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders on multiple levels
• You possess exceptional communication, analytical and presentation skills
