Job Description


As part of the Corporate Services Group, the Information Technology Services (ITS) Division is responsible for Austrade’s information technology environment and the delivery of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) services for staff onshore and globally.

Austrade’s existing systems utilise:
• The Microsoft .NET Framework and .NET Core;
• Client side development using TypeScript and the React Javascript Framework;
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011;
• Microsoft SharePoint 2013; and
• Web API based integration.

As a Solutions Developer, this role works as part of the Austrade ITS Application Development Team to facilitate and implement new business solutions, while providing maintenance and support of existing systems. The successful candidate will be working with a group of talented and motivated solution developers and solution architects using Agile delivery and DevOps principles.

Mandatory Requirements:
• Tertiary qualifications in an ICT related field.
• Extensive experience as an Applications Developer using Microsoft and web technologies.



To be eligible for this position you must be an Australian Citizen.

The successful applicant must be able to obtain and maintain a NV1 security clearance, or hold a security clearance at an appropriate level.
