The Senior Corporate Support Officer maintains AFSA’s professional image and facilitates the smooth running of the site, by providing high quality corporate support and maintaining productive working relationships with stakeholders. They are also responsible for ensuring all local corporate functions are undertaken in accordance with relevant legislation, delegations, procedures, management assurance practices and guidelines.

• Provide support for site based projects and events to facilitate the implementation of AFSA’s strategic objectives and continuous process improvement
• Undertake AFSA’s Site Security Officer role and all associated duties and responsibilities, and assist with all Site based committees as required
• Ensure all site based mail, banking and reconciliation services meet legislative requirements and business needs
• Ensure all AFSA official travel and other bookings are completed within a timely manner to facilitate AFSA’s business requirements
• Coordinate and assist with asset stock take, asset maintenance and records
• Coordinate and facilitate resolution, where appropriate, of local accommodation and maintenance issues
