About Us
The Australian Financial Security Authority (AFSA) is an executive agency in the Attorney General’s portfolio. As a federal government department we are responsible for the administration and regulation of the personal insolvency system, trustee services and the administration of the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR). About the role
The Technical System Administrator (TechnologyOne) will lead the corporate systems team members to develop and manage the AFSA corporate systems function. You will provide technical solutions and deliver operational management to AFSA corporate systems function in line with required legislation and policy framework. • Provide expert level technical systems administration for TechnologyOne and ensure effective running of financial systems
• Provide technical expertise to ensure accurate interpretation and application of legislation, corporate systems policies and procedures in operational context across the AFSA corporate systems
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of corporate systems policies, processes and practices
• Manage and provide high quality service and support to internal and external stakeholders
• Identifying opportunities to enhance team performance and collaborate on continuous improvement and change

About You
• High level administration experience specifically with TechnologyOne specifically, CPM, Financials, SCM, Travel and Expense, Contracts, of 5 years or more and ideally within Federal Government.
• A tertiary qualification in accounting or commerce or equivalent or working towards.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
