This includes transforming ABS online survey instruments using Confirmit, a market leading survey instrument design and test tool, through adoption of user centred design and Accessibility principles, and other industry best practice. The Provider Design Hub will also explore opportunities to improve other aspects of the data provider experience to maximise self-response through adoption of behavioural economics principles and data-driven insights.

• Infrastructure Implementation Team
The Infrastructure Implementation Team is charged with operationalising market leading data acquisition systems recently procured by the ABS. The team will work across household, business and administrative data channels to transform current business processes to best practice approaches utilising the capabilities new infrastructure provides. The team will be operationalising the PEGA 7 and Informatica applications. Previous experience working with these applications or similar and demonstrated skills working with data exchange solutions are highly desirable.

• System Integration and Support
The Systems Integration and Support team will maintain and manage current systems during the transition to new ICT capabilities. This will include the managing integration of old and new systems, execution of systems testing and decommissioning current systems when possible.
