Job Description

Duties


The Australian War Memorial is now seeking authors for various volumes of the Official History of Australian Operations in Iraq and Afghanistan, and Australian Peacekeeping Operations in East Timor. Authors will be appointed for a period of five years, and will be members of a project team led by the Official Historian. Authors will be responsible for a single volume of this series. Each author will be allocated their own research assistant, and will be provided administrative and managerial support by the Official History project. Decisions regarding which volume each author will produce will be discussed at the interview stage.


 

Eligibility
