This Manager position in Information Security Management reports directly to the Director Information Security Management. The position is responsible for managing the Customs Network infrastructure and maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the Network through the assessment of security risk, implementation of security controls and maintaining security accreditation. The Infrastructure & Security Team manages the audit environment to ensure adequate separation of roles. Liaison will also be required to be undertaken with Border Protection Command (BPC) & Maritime Operations Support Division (MOSD) personnel and other government agencies in the security domain, especially in relation to management of security across classified systems.
The occupant of this position will work with minimum supervision and would be expected to determine business priorities to meet internal and external imposed deadlines. This position requires a Top Secret level security clearance.
· Previous experience working with CISCO unified communications.
· IPS device experience (such as Tipping Point).
· Understanding of the ISM (ACSI33).
· Understanding of Copper and Fibre variations/types and connections.
· Understanding of VMWare and ESX.
· EMC Clarion experience.
· Experience with CISCO ASA, PIX firewall and Management tools.
