As a Senior Executive with the Department of Human Services you will be responsible for the work of a Branch and the provision of high level leadership to the organisation.
The People Capability Division and the People Services Division have opportunities for exceptional individuals with contemporary human resources skills to lead the Workplace Relations and the Leadership and Values Branch. These positions are responsible for leading teams in the following areas:
· leadership strategy, change management and developing cutting edge programs to support leadership capability for the Senior Executive Service and its feeder group; or
· industrial, employee conduct and the development and management of employee instruments and policies to support the department’s strategic HR direction.
You will develop and maintain successful ongoing relationships both within and outside the department in relation to government programs, human resources, industrial relations, leadership and change activities and contribute to the strategic leadership of the department.

You will ideally have the relevant technical expertise and experience in working in a large geographically dispersed and complex organisation.
