Mobility and Development Opportunities

The Mobility and Development Opportunities are often available as fixed term, non-ongoing transfer of vacancies that enable current APS employees to gain knowledge and skills from other agency’s business practices. For the agency who gains the employee, it resolves a recruitment need, and the employee can provide new perspectives on existing business practices. The releasing agency will release the participating employee if it is operationally convenient to do so. If approved, the releasing agency receives a returning employee with enhanced experience and perspectives which they can share within their agency.
