Job Description
Duties
As a member of a contemporary regional Human Resources and Development team, based in Tullamarine, this is an exciting opportunity to lead a small group to deliver a range of HRD outcomes across the SE Region of Australia,. You will possess leadership skills and the capacity to build outstanding relationships across the organisation. You will be managing a team and engaging stakeholders in HRD initiatives, with particular emphasis on injury management and rehabilitation. The successful candidate will also need to promote and provide advice, information and support to staff at all levels on HRD matters.
Eligibility
QUALIFICATIONS A significant aspect of this position involves application of technical knowledge and expertise. Formal qualifications are not a prerequisite, however, tertiary qualifications in Case Management, OH&S, Human Resource Management or Comcare Case Management Accreditation would be an advantage. Applicants are required to meet the following conditions of employment: - must hold a current driver’s licence; and - must have Australian Citizenship; and - must be medically cleared to perform the core duties of the position; and - must be able to meet the security obligations applicable to the position.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION - The successful applicant may occasionally be required to work outside the normal span of hours and will be required to travel to AQIS worksites throughout Victoria and Tasmania
