Job Description

Duties
The Fair Work Ombudsman (FWO) was established by the Fair Work Act 2009. Our role is to provide a balanced framework for harmonious, productive and cooperative workplace relations that promote economic prosperity and social inclusion.

We are seeking to recruit an ongoing SES Band 1 for the position of Executive Director, Workplace Relations Communications and Solutions.

The Executive Director, Workplace Relations Communications and Solutions, is responsible for:
· Developing and implementing communications strategies to inform the Australian community about their workplace rights and obligations
· The Fair Work Online and Fair Work Ombudsman websites, and internally the agency intranet
· Brand development and application
· Developing and managing effective strategic relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
