Job Description

Duties
As part of the Corporate Communications team generate and co-ordinate content across multiple channels. The role will have a focus on generating key online content that supports the online content strategy. Establish and drive systems and procedures that maintain content on the Austrade website to the highest standard. The content spans the full range of trade and investment development activity and covers multiple industry areas.

Duties include generating dynamic content for investors, exporters and buyers, industry-specific content, case studies, thought leadership pieces and multimedia. You will also establish systems, audit web content, liaise across multiple business units, write, edit and proof corporate communications

You will need high level research, writing and editing skills; a thorough understanding of the online environment; good team skills; ability to work with competing deadlines; the ability to think strategically and influence and lead project partners; journalistic experience and/or experience in corporate communications in a Government setting.
