Job Description
Duties
The Department is looking for an experienced assistant manager to join its Human Resources Team. The assistant manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of the Department’s workplace relations policies, procedures and processes, and include:
- the provision of strategic advice to the Executive and Minister;
- implementation of the Australian Government Employment Bargaining Framework;
- assist in the negotiation of workplace agreements as required;
- the establishment of appropriate support systems to ensure monitoring and reporting on workplace relations matters.
