As the Assistant Director, Workforce and People Planning in the Defence Science and Technology Organisation's People Strategies team you will contribute to or take the lead on a wide range of HR related matters. In particular, you will provide expert advice in relation to the development of strategic workforce planning initiatives and will support DSTO staff and managers with the provision of advice on conditions of service, performance and conduct matters.
