Job Description

Duties
Full-time. The HR Operations Officer is responsible for:

- providing payroll and recruitment processing support
- providing payroll and recruitment advice to managers and staff and in keeping with CRS Australia’s business objectives
- coaching managers to assist them to fulfil their payroll and recruitment responsibilities
- attending to systems maintenance for CRS Australia’s organisational structure in SAP
- contributing to ongoing process improvement.
 
Eligibility
The successful applicant should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Completed or studying towards Bachelor of Human Resources or equivalent is highly desirable
- SAP HR experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated knowledge of APS employment conditions relating to recruitment, promotion and movement is highly desirable.
- Recent computerised payroll processing experience is highly desirable.
 
Notes
This is an ongoing, full-time position. The merit list from this process may be used to fill similar positions in the next 12 months in the Payroll and Recruitment Services Teams.
