Job Description
Duties
Working as a member of a small team: 1. Provide administrative support to the Branch; 2. Request appropriate briefs for the notice of Ministers; 3. Provide quality assurance checks to parliamentary briefs; 4. Compose written responses to Ministerial requests; 5. Escalate issues through Centrelink’s governance processes; 6. Follow the designated systems and strategies to meet workloads, quality and timeliness standards; 7. Liaise with the Department of Human Services, Policy departments and key external stakeholders, 8. Assist to improve the overall understanding of Parliamentary & Ministerial practices within Centrelink
