Job Description
Duties
Full-time. The administrative services officer is responsible for the provision of administrative and clerical support to the regional manager and service delivery staff within a team environment.
Eligibility
The successful applicant should possess the following experience and skills:
- A knowledge of documented work practices, procedures, guidelines and instructions. - Demonstrated effective liaison and negotiation skills. - An ability to operate successfully within a team environment. - Demonstrate a general knowledge and understanding of the operations of Government/APS and of CRS Australia policies and programs. - An ability to oversee staff at lower level positions, plan and coordinate work, set priorities, monitor work flow, meet deadlines and work by local procedures and guidelines. - An ability to identify and share relevant commercial, market and professional information. - A current driver’s licence is essential, as this position involves some travel within the East Metro WA Region.
